Kolyadich Construction is a local & family owned general contractor based in Folsom, CA. We specialize in Kitchen and Bath Renovations, along with Custom Home Construction, ADU's & Garage Conversions.

Andrey is a 2nd generation contractor with over 15 years of experience in construction. To us, our projects aren't simply jobs, but its an art-form.
